Refund policy

 IN-STORE POLICY

All In-Store returns will be issued in the form of store credit and must be within 7 days of purchase with receipt required upon exchange. You have 6 months to claim store credit.

 No return or exchange on seasonal items, sale items, designer inspired items or local artist items.

 ON-LINE POLICY

Returns are not accepted without prior approval and will result in a 10% restocking fee plus shipping to be borne by the customer. All merchandise must be returned in the original cartons and packaging. All return requests must be reported to Interwoven via email within 7 days of receipt of goods.   As is our policy, a store credit will be issued.  

Should damage occur during shipping, please attach a photo documenting the damage with your email so that we can file it with the carrier.  If it is feasible and a replacement product is available, we will send a replacement or you can opt for a store credit.  

Since most of Interwoven’s merchandise is hand-crafted, there will be some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.

As always, sale items and artist commission items are considered final sales and will not be accepted as a return.
